SHIPPING & RETURNS

We are pleased to offer shipping as a convenience for you.  We also offer in town delivery and curbside pick-up if desired. Please Call the shop if need further information. 903-885-7016.

Our Basic Policies are as follows: 

WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.  We cannot ship on Weekends or holidays and cannot guarantee a delivery date.  We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.  

*Please note, all merchandise ships from NorthEast Texas.  Therefore, during our warmer months (May-October), candles and fragrance will ship out Monday-Wednesday to prevent extended "travel" time in extreme heat.

 

WE DO NOT OFFER RUSH or OVER-NIGHT SHIPPING AT THIS TIME

LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED

Everything Unique is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in shipping. If there is an issue with delivery, contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to stevenrnuckolls@yahoo.com. We will do everything we can to assist you.  However, if your claim is denied by the Carrier, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. 

MISTAKES

If an item is incorrect, it must be reported within 10 days of the purchase date (found on your packing list).  Please email us immediately at stevenrnuckolls@yahoo.com.  Include your full name, order number and a photo of the incorrect item.  Merchandise returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

RETURNS

Returns are eligible for online credit or exchange only.  Items are eligible for return if they are received by Everything Unique within 21 days of the original purchase date (found on your packing list).  Merchandise must be returned in original condition.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached.  Please note: no cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued unless we goof!  ONLINE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY.  If you wish to make a return, you must email us at stevenrnuckolls@yahoo.com, detailing your full name, order number and reason for return.  Merchandise returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.  

EXCHANGES

Everything Unique cannot guarantee item availability.  An online credit will be issued if your desired product is unavailable.
